All
our Windows and Doors are fabricated on our premises using the Duraflex Diamond
Suite profile.
BSI registered, Duraflex Diamond Suite is manufactured to BS7413 and BS 7950 (PAS011) reflecting both quality and security. Duraflex hold Certificate No. 10093, operating a Quality Management System meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:1994.
All our sealed units are manufactured by our supplier under a quality system
assessed against BS EN ISO 9002.
Units are Kite Marked, conforming to BS 5713.

our Conservatory Roofs are built using the Ultraframe Roofing System.
The Ultraframe Roofing System has been extensively used and proven throughout the UK for the last 12 years. Compatible with our window profile, the components and flexibility of the system make it suitable for any type or size of conservatory.

In order to respond to our customers needs as quickly as possible we have
established a dedicated Estimating Department. Merely phone us or send a quick
fax or email and we will have a quotation back to you the same day. Conservatory CAD drawing if required
within 24 hours (For a typical example of a CAD drawing click the picture on the
right for an enlargement).
Our CAD drawings and Conservatory Roof production is controlled by the Industry Standard ConCAD package.

To make sure that there are no ambiguities orders are accepted only by post, fax or email. Any queries and alterations will be confirmed in writing by us.

All deliveries are made using unmarked white vehicles.
A signature will be required for all items delivered.
Payment terms will be agreed with our Business Development Manager prior to your first delivery.
All invoices are struck with the date of delivery and all financial transactions are controlled and tracked using the internationally recognised Sage Line 50 Accounts System.
Statements are sent at the request of the customer or on a regular basis to suit requirements.
All replacements for goods are provided on a Credit-On-Return of faulty goods basis.
